AP撤資的流程

這是我撤資的流程,再作整理如下,希望幫到大家 :
A)  首先log in入AP再按contact出support ticket做Transaction Dispute,不log in也可,但因填寫資料時要寫收款人的email和付款時的ref no.,所以最好先log in進入找回此付款詳情.

B) 接著ap會出一封email給你說已收到閣下dispute的通知,在這個email內會有閣下dispute的id no.,請保留此email,有問題可直接按reply問,因在自己AP的戶口內是沒有任何關於dispute的資料,所以謹記要保留至問題解決為止.**已更正**

C) 過了大約好幾天後,ap會出一封email給對方和你,內容是要對方於5個工作日內聯絡你解決問題,而你亦是回覆此email **謹記要在對方的5個工作日後才回覆,例如你8月2日星期一收emial,最好是8月10日回覆,因我試過未夠5日出回覆給ap,被他說我沒有看清楚日子回覆,打擾他們的做法.

D) 同一時間ap會另外出一封email給你,通知你已出email給對方和你,提醒你假如對方沒有在限期內聯絡你,你要在限期完結後回覆C的那個email 給ap,說出他有沒有聯絡你,有的話或沒有的話你要如何做,要謹記是回覆C的那一個email(不是回覆這一個),否則便當已解決.

最後,在事件未解決前,大家謹記不要將所有有關dispute的email取消,如同之前所說,在自己AP的戶口內是沒有任何關於dispute的資料,就算用dispute時ap給你的ref no.來search也找不到,想找便要在email內的連結內連繫上,因最新消息可按此連結查看,所以謹記要保留至問題解決為止.

如有錯漏請說出,以便可幫助大家如何進行撤資.

最最後要講的是,有時就算撤資成功,也不一定可以取回金錢,因假如對方戶口沒有錢,ap也沒有辦法.

如不幸被入侵(hack)盜取了戶口內的金錢,便於support ticket內選Security/File a Report, Topic Select選Unauthorized Transaction,再將詳細資料填上.

3.五個工作天後 針對第三封信 回信給AP 說對方都不理你

   通常這個是最快的徹資 應該都可以拿回錢

    加拿大跟我們時差12個小時 所以徹資最好是星期日晚上寫

    像我8/20 徹資  它說要我8/27 當天才能回信

4.等待判決

   如果你收到這封內容  表示徹資成功

不正常,你可能撤資太頻密,他直接把你忽略了
你再send support ticket去吧

離上次撤資都隔了2個月,之前隔幾日撤資都無事的

今次唔知發生咩事,我發現Status一直:On Hold,

就係無人處理
